SAMPLE SNACKS courtesy of Woman's World Magazine

These snacks help fight comfort food cravings and stress fat! Choose one daily

  • 3/4 cup nonfat frozen yogurt
  • 1 cup plain fat free yogurt, 1/2 scoop whey protein powder
  • 1 sliced apple, 2tsp peanut butter
  • 1/2 of a Detour Bar or 1 whey based shake
  • 10 almonds, 1 lowfat cheese stick
  • 5 cups lite microwave popcorn
